All merchandise sold through our website will be shipped from directly from our store

We are fully confident you will be pleased with our products and the quality of customer service.

We offer a "Return for Exchange" in the following cases:

* Defective product
* Delivery misunderstanding

If you wish to exchange your product, you must inform us within three business days after you have received the package (the received date is based on our carrier's tracking system) and we will instruct you as to how to exchange your product.

Please include the following information in your email :
* The date you ordered your items
* The tracking number of your order
* The items/s to be exchanged and the reason why the item/s are being returned.

Upon receipt of your return request, our Customer Service Department will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) and RMA number. This RMA number should be referred to for any further correspondence inherent to this return.
Upon receipt of this RMA, please ship back the items listed on the RMA to the indicated return address.
Please email us with a tracking number of your return.
As soon as we receive your return package, our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

IMPORTANT

As per our policy, and whatever the reason given by the client, we will not process any refund to clients after an order is shipped! Though, we are always doing our utmost to accommodate clients and handle exchanges on their request.

Returns should be shipped via courier at client expense, and a traceable Tracking Number should be provided to us.

We understand that overseas shipping can be expensive; clients located in the USA can send returns to a US address to save shipping costs.

Please note that returned items are subject to final inspection before exchange will be processed. Allow 10 to 15 business days for an exchange to be processed.
